Sunday’s Brunch Recipe
- CACAO POWDER
- HAZELNUT BUTTER
- CACAO ΝΙΒΣ
- Cut 3 frozen bananas into small pieces.
- Place 2 tsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp cacao nibs, 1/2 cup hazelnut butter and bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place the mixture in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
- Optionally you can sprinkle with chocolate of your choice.
- You can replace the hazelnut butter with a different fruit spread of your choice or tahini.
